Your street address (if you place an order) – which will only be used for the purpose of shipping purchases to you, either by post or by FedEx

Your telephone number, if an item is to be sent by FedEx – this may be used by FedEx for the purpose of arranging a delivery; it will only be used by me if you specifically ask that I call you

A record of your purchases – this information will never be shared with a third party, but should a letter or document you have purchased here ever be stolen or lost, I will be able to supply exact details of the letter or document, which may eventually help you recover the item

Overseas customers should be aware that export licences are required before your purchases can be sent to you. The Export Licensing Unit, which is part of the Arts Council of Great Britain, calls upon expert advisers who examine each licence application. Both the export licensing officials and the expert advisers are bound by strict confidentiality rules.
