This website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payments made via this website are processed by Shopify Inc. Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Items may be purchased by phone. Please contact me using the website Contact Form and I will call you within 48 hours to discuss your requirements. Payment for purchases ordered by phone can be paid upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid within 7 days. Phone orders can be paid by cheque (in pounds sterling only) or bank transfer.
Items will be reserved for one week following the order confirmation and will be dispatched either within 7 days after full payment has been received, or after any required export licenses have been granted.
Third party providers.
The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Items will be dispatched either within 7 days after full payment has been received, or after any required export licenses have been granted. Please note that every effort will be made to meet the delivery times and dates required, however no liability is accepted for any costs, expenses or damages arising from any delay.

The authenticity of the letters and documents offered is guaranteed. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within six weeks of delivery and a full refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. The item must be received by Richmond Autographs in the same condition as when dispatched.
Inspection and notice of damaged goods.
Please ensure that you inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and satisfy yourself that the item/s are delivered in the expected condition. If you detect any damage please ensure you notify us immediately.
Cancellations and returns.
In accordance with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after the day upon which you receive the goods.
To cancel your order you must inform us in writing by using our Contact Form. The item must be posted to the address below, and we will then refund the total amount paid for the item/s. All items must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made using the same form of payment that was initially used to make the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation.
